Agency Channel Specialist - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Job Description:

In order to ensure that a group of agents reach sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service, an Agency Channel Specialist is in charge of supervising and managing them.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assemble, instruct, and oversee a group of agents.

- Establish and keep track of the agency's sales goals.

- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues.

- Manage advertising and marketing initiatives.

- Make ensuring that corporate policies and regulations are followed.

- Keep an eye on agent performance and offer coaching and comments.

- Senior management should receive performance reports on a regular basis.

- Create plans to increase sales and profits.

Qualification and Experience:

- Must completed Graduation compulsory.

- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.

- Leadership skill to drive a team towards business goals.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
