Area Sales Officer - Insurance (2-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the area.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

- Monitor competitor activity and report findings to management.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.

- Ensure timely delivery of products and address customer complaints efficiently.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.

- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
