Manager - Field Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of sales and marketing professionals. The role involves tracking market trends, developing sales strategies, implementing marketing plans, and fostering strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and onboard advisors and business partners.

- Conduct regular meetings (daily, weekly, and monthly) with agency partners to analyze business performance and market positioning.

- Set ambitious sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.

- Assist managers in crafting and executing effective sales strategies.

- Ensure continuous growth in sales and consistently meet business targets.

- Lead efforts in recruiting, evaluating, and training new agents.

- Provide necessary guidance and resources to enhance team productivity.

Candidate Requirements :

- Age limit: Up to 38 years

- Must own a two-wheeler for commuting

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics

- Graduation is mandatory
