Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)

Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Indore and Bhopal. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within their assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development :

- Actively prospect for new business opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold calling, networking, referrals).

- Conduct market research and identify potential clients within the target market.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Present product/service offerings effectively to potential clients.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to the sales team.

Territory Management :

- Plan and execute daily sales activities within the assigned territory.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Regularly report on sales progress and performance to the Sales Manager.

- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.

- 1-2 years of experience in field sales or business development (preferred).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
