Executive - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic sales executive to join our agency channel team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our life insurance products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

- Present and explain life insurance products to clients, highlighting their benefits.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Assist clients in completing insurance applications and provide ongoing support.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.

- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and client records.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree is preferable.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be local.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
