Manager - Sales & Marketing (2-3 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Support the elicitation, analysis, and validation of company and channel customer requirements in order to aid in the creation of the product strategy, roadmap, and development calendar.

- Developing, putting into practice, and guaranteeing end-to-end delivery, including product launch and successful cross-channel launch.

- Plan, carry out, and monitor product releases from start to finish, including end-to-end system setup of products and propositions, in collaboration with several stakeholders.

- Developing product ideas and organized benefit illustration models for benefit outflow setup in the benefit illustration system and premium computation

- Make storyboards and sales pitches for a range of products to promote product mix and generate new revenue through a variety of sales channels.

- Record and provide the functional requirements for the product to the market.

Desired Candidate :

- Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.

- Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
