Community Samvada - Manager - Sales & Marketing (2-10 yrs)

Community Samvada, a hyperlocal news magazine, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to sell and book advertising space to SMEs and Corporations in South Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

1. Selling/booking advertising space to SMEs and Corporates in South Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.

2. Engage with clients to demonstrate how Samvada can help them drive revenue to their business.

3. Understand the Client's business well, enabling them to design the most suitable package.

4. Develop and cultivate deep professional relationships with a variety of clients.

5. Hit target revenue quota.

6. Update and create sales proposals

7. Ensure repeat/larger business from existing clients (Client retention)

Skills, Knowledge, and Attitude:

1. We are looking for someone with Direct Sales Experience which involves customer handling, Face-to-face meetings, negotiations, Closing A Sale

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, follow-up skills, and knowledge of Marketing

3. Computer Savvy (Email writing, Excel, CRM, Whatsapp conversations)

4 .The person should be a Go Getter, Confident, Motivated, and have No Fear of Rejection

5. He/She should have High Energy, Should be Result driven, Persistent and Willing to Learn

6. The person should be Looking At Personal and Professional Grow
