Tech Mahindra Hyderabad is hiring candidates for one of the leading International Telecommunication Provider with Excellent communication skills.

Should have relevant experience in customer handling International Voice Process.

Skills required :-

• Knowledge of Ticketing Tool, Prior experience in US calling and in a semi tech or technical process
• Basic understanding and troubleshooting of internet network connectivity, LAN, Bluetooth, hotspots, Wi-Fi vs Ethernet, Range limitations etc.
• Basic understanding of Point of Sale Machines, Kiosk, Vending Machines & Retail Environment.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications i.e. O365.
• Basic understanding and knowledge of Desktops/Laptops computer hardware & software troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of POS Machines.

Handling Inbound calls of US Based customer to resolve their queries related to routers, troubleshooting etc.

• Should have Excellent Communication skills :- English
• Should be flexible for rotational shifts/ Night shifts
• Only Experienced candidates apply
• Immediate joiners are preferred .
• Work from office
• 5 days working with 2 rotational week offs
