Job responsibilities:-
? Sourcing of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Non-Technical Parts (Like castings/Forging/Machine Parts/ Cable Harness / PCBA??s/Plastic parts and Finished goods)
? Costing and BOM (Bill of Material) calculation.
? Parts/components localisation experience
? Drive prototype during the design validation stage with suppliers as per requirement specifications
? Identifying potential suppliers and floating RFIs, RFPs & RFQs
? Conducting qualitative & quantitative analysis during supplier selection as per the intended product for sourcing.
? Good Logistics/Supply Chain Experience
? Good understanding of contract terms and conditions for contract manufacturing.
? Profile will require candidates to travel PAN India and stay on-site.
Core Skills:
? Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
? Strong analytical ability & presentation skills
? Adept with internationally accepted standards & quality certifications
? In-depth knowledge of multiple processes involved in the manufacturing process.
? Negotiation skills
Qualification: B. Tech (Automotive/ Electrical / Electronics)
