Job Responsibilities:

- Industrial Construction Background: Proven industrial construction experience, specifically factory setup, is essential.
- Site Management: Skilled in managing sites related to factory and manufacturing facilities.
- Greenfield Experience: Mandatory experience in Greenfield projects; Brownfield experience is a plus.
- Location Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis for optimal factory construction locations.
- Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel extensively across India and stay on-site as needed.
Core Skills:
- Project Management: Experience or strong willingness to learn new project management skills.
- Client Interaction: Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interactions.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and reasoning skills to manage project schedules and address potential delays.
- Proactive Monitoring: Ability to manage project timelines and promptly raise alarms for any potential delays.
