We at Tecnova are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Industrial Practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the industrial sector, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth through strategic market entry initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Industrial Practice.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector (optional).
2. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the industrial sector.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored market entry strategies.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting & execution services that meet or exceed client expectations.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive market research & analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in target markets.
- Develop and present market entry strategies, including competitive analysis, market sizing, and risk assessment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact clients' market entry plans.
4. Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Business Development:
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients and projects (optional)
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote Industrial Practice (optional)
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the industrial sector, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and challenges.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and mentor a team.

- Business Development: Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through effective business development.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required. An MBA or other advanced engineering degree is preferred.
