Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats, providing timely andaccurate responses.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and empatheticmanner.
  • Assist customers with product/service inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems, andprovide clear solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provideeffective support.
  • Record and update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and ensure customersatisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensu re their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfiedwith the service.
  • Work efficiently to meet performance metrics, such as call handling time and customersatisfaction scores.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products, policies,and customer service techniques.


    Requirements

    Preferred candidate profile :

    • Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written) in English.
    • Strong Problem-Solving Abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
    • Patience and Empathy, with the ability to stay calm and focused in challenging situations.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
    • Basic proficiency in computer systems and CRM software (experience with [specific CRM tools] is a plus).
    • Attention to Detail and accuracy in handling customer requests and data.
    • Ability to work in a night shift schedule.
    • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred but is not mandatory.
