Position Overview

We are seeking a hard-working, dynamic individual to support the efforts of our global Talent Acquisition team in the growth of TH Global Capitals Business

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & initial screening of CVs: Identifying of high-quality candidates from a variety of sources.
• Conduct candidate reach out: Reaching out to approved candidates either via email or LinkedIn to gauge interest in TH Global Capital.
• Scheduling of Interviews: Organise screening calls for Senior TA members, scheduling interviews with relevant line managers and managing diaries
• Create detail-oriented forensic competitor analysis: Creation of strategic overviews, bespoke market benchmarking and product intelligence reports, referencing and profiling market leaders & competitors in the Investment Banking space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 1+ year of recruitment experience preferred
• Excellent English
• Strong work ethic & desire to learn
