Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Vice President/Senior Director - Large Deals in M&A (Enterprise Technology). The ideal candidate will have a robust background in finance, strategic leadership, and extensive experience in managing large-scale M&A transactions within the enterprise technology sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of executing complex deals and delivering exceptional value to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large-scale M&A transactions in the enterprise technology sector, ensuring successful deal execution from inception to closure.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry partners.

- Provide strategic advisory services to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge and financial expertise.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessment for potential deals.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.

- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field, with a significant focus on M&A transactions in the enterprise technology sector.
