Job Description
We re looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end solutions on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) platform. You ll be a technical leader, architecting solutions that scale business processes, data integrity and operational efficiency through automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, considering business needs, industry best practices and future scalability.
- Develop and implement DevOps pipelines to automate the build, test and deploy of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, guiding them on best practices, coding standards and solution architecture.
- Develop integration strategies and design solutions to connect D365 CE with internal systems, third-party applications and external data sources.
- Design the D365 CE data model, including entities, attributes and relationships for optimal performance, data integrity and consistency.
- Define security models and access control strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant security and data privacy regulations.
- Have deep understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Operations.
Qualifications
- BE/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, with at least 5 years of experience as an Architect.
- Experience leading the complete lifecycle of at least 5-7 Dynamics 365 CE projects.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (scripting, plugins, workflows, dialogs, client extensions, SDKs).
- Experience in data migration strategies, data modeling, data integration.
- Proficient in customizing and configuring D365 CE using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience with various CRM/XRM versions, including the latest releases.
- Experience with web technologies like HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of ASP.NET programming using C# (MVC, Web API), database concepts, object-oriented analysis and design under SDLC environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle change requests through ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA).
- Experience in implementing DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365 solutions.
