The role will entail
• Building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for the company
• Prospecting for new leads using outbound channels - email, linkedin, cold calling
• Researching company and contacts to generate high quality leads
• Generating sales-ready leads through a strong discovery process
• Running discovery. Utilizing active listening skills to establish BANT with prospects
• Use and maintain SDR kit including list building, list enrichment, process optimization for
Sales Dev tech stack
• Consistently achieve monthly targets of meetings and opportunities
Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience as an SDR, preferably in b2b enterprise SaaS
• Should have a proven track record of selling to the C-suite. Experience in finance SaaS
solutions to CFOs is an advantage
• Adept in prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Apollo, Lusha, GenAI tools
• Proficient in cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
