Role
Botree Software islooking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR)to actively seek new business opportunities, engage, and build relationships with potential customers. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the SDR should have a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for boosting top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Utilize prospecting tools to source and identify new sales opportunities.
Effectively articulate the value of our products via cold outreach methods.
Identify the needs of the prospect and suggest the appropriate product from the Botree suite. Build long-term, trusting relationships with key business decision makers to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects and include the sales executives in the next steps.
Schedule calls between the potential customer and the sales executives.
Manage MIS and Database Maintain excel worksheets and CRM for all the contacts
Utilize best practices for sales methodology.
Requirements
Experience as sales development representative with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver presentations
Strong communication skills over phone, email, and LinkedIn to establish the right contacts and deal with senior level prospects
Should be proficient in Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
Positive attitude, self-driven, and self-motivated
Ability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
Ability to overcome technical and business objections of potential clients
