In the Enterprise Client Engagement/Account Management role, you will work both independently and collaboratively to achieve revenue targets while driving high client satisfaction and expansion within those accounts. Our Enterprise Client Engagement/Account Managers work closely with clients to design and implement fit-to-purpose solutions for application development, QA, UX/UI and product management services in web, mobile and MS Azure and AWS engineering services with the scope of engagements comprising individual experts, teams of experts, or fully managed teams. This is an onsite position. We require applicants to be residents or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, India. We prefer our candidate to be from greater Hyderabad area. This position requires at least 50% travel to client sites within India and occasionally to Nothern Americas.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred from an accredited institution.
  • Will also require at least 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience for a technology professional services firm in application development.
  • Track record as an Sales/Account/Engagement Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship
  • Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
  • Significant business development and project management experience
  • Track record of interacting and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Global Delivery Model experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preference will be given to individuals with previous work experience for IT services firm with offshore development center presence
  • Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams

Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Client Engagement/Account Managers work with Clients to grow and expand within existing mid-tier accounts.
  • Manage client-specific people onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage all Talent and Delivery activity for all their accounts.
  • Check in regularly with talent to maintain strong engagement and satisfaction on projects.
  • Support clients with day to day inquiries related to the account, talent, and billing.
  • Create and manage processes related to Talent engagement time reporting, revenue, and margins and track against client budget.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations including talent background checks and sourcing locations.
  • Support sales activities requiring basic legal operations including creation of contract documents and change requests.
  • Identify additional account expansion opportunities and take coaching from Client Partners.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Delivery, Fulfilment Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to efficiently anticipate and fulfill client needs.
