Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director with exceptional storytelling abilities to craft compelling narratives for our solutions, services, and products across multiple digital and print touchpoints. This role requires a deep understanding of how to weave brand stories into high-impact presentations, PDFs, brochures, web pages, marketing assets, and sales enablement materials.

As a master storyteller, you will shape the brands creative direction, ensuring our messaging is engaging, persuasive, and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with designers, writers, marketers, and product/service teams, you will create immersive brand experiences that captivate, engage, and inspire action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Storytelling & Brand Narrative: Develop and execute a storytelling strategy that seamlessly integrates solutions, services, and products into compelling narratives that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
• Strategic Content & Visual Storytelling: Drive the creation of visual narratives, solution/service presentations, sales decks, brochures, case studies, PDFs, and interactive experiences that elevate our brand.
• Creative Vision & Leadership: Define and maintain the companys visual and narrative identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms, including digital, print, video, and experiential formats.
• Solution & Product Marketing Assets: Lead the development of high-impact creative assets for services, solutions, and products, including landing pages, website storytelling, infographics, explainer videos, and interactive content.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product/service, sales, and UX teams to ensure seamless storytelling across all consumer and business touchpoints.
• Campaign Architecture/Development: Oversee creative strategy for marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and solution/service positioning in presentations and customer-facing materials.
• Narrative-Driven Design: Guide the team in using design, imagery, motion graphics, and copywriting to craft persuasive storytelling that supports sales, demand generation, and customer engagement.
• Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging storytelling formats, digital content trends, and customer engagement strategies to push creative boundaries.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Creative Writing, Graphic Design, Film, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand storytelling, content strategy, or solution/service/product marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing story-driven campaigns and marketing assets.
• Storytelling Expertise: Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for services, solutions, and products across multiple platforms (presentations, PDFs, web pages, video, brochures, and experiential marketing).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion graphics tools, and video storytelling platforms.
• Strong Writing & Conceptual Skills: Ability to develop and articulate a brands solution/service story through visual and written mediums.
• Presentation & Sales Enablement Storytelling: Experience creating high-impact PowerPoint/Keynote presentations, sales brochures, and digital marketing assets that effectively communicate solutions and business value.
• Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to mentor a team, pitch creative concepts, and present brand storytelling strategies to stakeholders.
• Multi-Channel Expertise: Experience in video storytelling, website storytelling, social media campaigns, sales enablement materials, and experiential brand storytelling.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of scriptwriting, animation, and interactive storytelling techniques for sales and marketing.
