Designation: Group Head / Associate Creative Director - Copy

Job Location: Santacruz (E), Mumbai , Hybrid

Qualification: Any Graduate Degree

Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience

Key Skills

• Should be a team player with an ability to work with designers, account executives and creative leaders
• Proven capability in driving end-to-end creative development, aligned with communication strategies across both mainline and digital platforms.
• Must have great understanding of new media and engaging digital channels.
• Bilingual writing skills will be a big plus (Hindi & English).
• A portfolio of award-winning work, showcasing creative excellence and industry recognition.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a creative and strategic approach to meet clients requirements.
• Team up with art and the internal teams to deliver apt communication that delivers the need of each brief.
• Shoulder responsibility for all the creative outputs of the campaign, including digital and strategic.
• Lead projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
• Participate in campaigns for new pitches as well as existing clients
• Leverage award-winning creative expertise to push boundaries and set industry standards.
