We are looking for a creative Lead who is able to interpret business requirements and client briefs quickly and translate them into elegant, creative solutions
Location- Mumbai
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing all Creative Pipeline along with the Creative Teams, Leading Concepts & Planning, Delivering the client pipeline along with Up-sell of Rate Card within client with creative solutions.
2. Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them.
3. Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into refined, elegant creative solutions.
4. Supporting & solutioning for Creative Service with appropriate value proposition pitches across all Digital touch points including website and chat platforms within all existing clients and New Business
5. Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
6. Ensure that all of the organizations or clients creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
7. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
8. Growing with us as an integral part of the Creative Services lead team to shape, support and grow this Business Pipeline.
9. Overseeing a creative team copywriters, graphic artists and designers.
Requirements:
10. 7-/ years of creative direction experience.
11. Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and determine a creative vision that matches client briefs.
12. Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.
13. should have Creative Segmented personalized, communication designs for email, sms, whatsapp, mobile notification, web banners, any other direct communication channel.
14. should have designed campaign concepts through data driven marketing approach for Omni channel customer journeys, channels
15. Account planning skills.
