Creative Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their digital requirements.
• Understand brand briefs, tonality and develop refined communication structure of the brand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel and original work for a variety of audiences
• Lead and execute copy development for brand engagements.
• Team with Art Supervisor to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
• Partner with Creative, Account and Client teams to ensure copy that advances creative brief objectives and accomplishes marketing objectives
• Help mentor more junior Copy Writers, developing their ability to produce quality work
• Think strategically about 360 creative solutions or full service digital solutions and responding confidently internally and with clients.

• 8+ years of copywriting experience with a Digital Marketing/Advertising agency
• A strong copy portfolio, having worked on big brand campaigns
• Trained and lead a team of junior copywriters

• Work with a bunch of people who are crazy about communication and content; and are happy to spend hours at end fussing over just the correct combination of words.
• Work out of an office that s nothing like an office. We hate cubicles and dress codes, and love crazy posters and endless chai coffee discussions.
