Job Description
- Understand brand briefs, tonality and develop refined communication structure of the brand.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel and original work for a variety of audiences
- Lead and execute copy development for brand engagements.
- Team with Art Supervisor to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
- Partner with Creative, Account and Client teams to ensure copy that advances creative brief objectives and accomplishes marketing objectives
- Help mentor more junior Copy Writers, developing their ability to produce quality work
- Think strategically about 360 creative solutions or full service digital solutions and responding confidently internally and with clients.
- 7+ years of copywriting experience with a Digital Marketing/Advertising agency
- A strong copy portfolio, having worked on big brand campaigns
- Trained and lead a team of junior copywriters
- Work with a bunch of people who are crazy about communication and content; and are happy to spend hours at end fussing over just the correct combination of words.
- Work out of an office that s nothing like an office. We hate cubicles and dress codes, and love crazy posters and endless chai coffee discussions.
- We ve worked in jobs with crazy timings, and understand the importance of having a life. So we ll all join you at that pub for drinks after you re done for the day.
