Job Description

• Extensive experience in solution leadership and solution delivery with in-depth technical experience in BSS solutions and overall IT Architecture, eTOM Framework of a telecom operator
• Hands-on Experience in BSS (Customer Experience, CRM (presales, post sales), Order management (order decomposition), pricing, billing, understanding of provisioning concepts, service assurance and revenue assurance)
• Must have experience on deploying applications on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments and their impacts across various platforms (AWS, OCI, GCP, Private Cloud)
• Must have prior experience in driving consulting engagements around technology, operational and business consulting
• Must have prior experience in driving multimillion $ OSS/BSS Transformation programs, especially onto BSS Transformation Program
