Job Description
Project Manager- Chandivali- Immediate joiner.
- Candidate must be from BPO.
- Coordinate between client and internal teams for the flawless execution of projects
- Hae an understanding of contact center technology and applications
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Experience of working with Banks / PSU organizations, is preferable
