Location : Bangalore (MG Road)

Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced BSS Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Business Support Systems (BSS) projects, including billing systems, CRM, order management, and revenue assurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of telecom business processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive large-scale IT transformation projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Implementation & Management :

- Lead the full lifecycle of BSS projects (billing systems, CRM, order management, and revenue assurance).

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Cross-Functional Coordination :

- Collaborate with IT, Network Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and other departments to align project goals and deliverables.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination across all teams involved in the project.

Risk Management & Compliance :

- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks.

- Ensure adherence to telecom industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Communication :

- Act as the liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

- Facilitate clear and transparent communication, ensuring stakeholders are updated with project progress, risks, and outcomes.

- Prepare and present regular status reports and KPIs to senior management.

Process Improvement :

- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across BSS operations to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

- Recommend best practices and innovative solutions to enhance business performance.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Experience :

- 5+ years of project management experience in telecom BSS implementations.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT transformation projects.

Certifications : PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Strong understanding of telecom billing systems, CRM platforms, and OSS/BSS architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management frameworks (Waterfall).

Industry Knowledge : Deep knowledge of telecom business processes and industry best practices.
