Idexcel Technologies - Solution Architect - Telecom Domain (8-10 yrs)

Role & responsibilities :

- Design and architect solutions based on OSS/BSS, CRM, Salesforce, and ServiceNow platforms.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions.

- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Lead the technical architecture, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.

- Provide expert guidance to development teams during implementation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Ensure seamless integration of various systems and platforms.

Required Skills :

- 8-10 years of experience in solution architecture, particularly within Telecom.

- Strong expertise in OSS/BSS, CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and related platforms.

- In-depth knowledge of telecom industry processes and technologies.

- Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, integrated solutions.
