Role & responsibilities

Primary Responsibility

An Associate Member is required to assist in various activities conducted by the Team, perform contract analysis, and report promptly on all the monitoring deliverables.

Key Tasks for this Role

The Associate is expected to have adequate knowledge or ability to participate in contract analysis, Contract Hierarchy and contracting standards and all activities of the key tasks of SOW validation

Framework and assist the work of the team:

Governance:

• Coordinating customer meetings attended by Senior Management with regard to Key risk issues, findings from model output and feedback/mitigating controls. Recording the minutes of the meeting,

creating action plans follow up on the action points with responsible owners till the issue is close out to the satisfaction.

Operational Risk Management:

• Perform risk reviews and Validation of the contract documents and update the feedback to improve the model output.
• To coordinate with Platform Developers and assist in designing the tools as per Clients requirements.
• To assist in QC reporting.

Compliance

• Coordinate for closures of action items arising from any Incident Management/Losses Management: Investigation & Documentation of Compliance issues/Losses

Others

• To assist in the preparation of Client Presentations, and assist with key findings and improvement areas
• To handle all the escalations

Professional Qualifications and Personality

As a minimum it is expected:

• A Post Graduate in M. Com / MBA / CS / CA / CWA or any PG Diploma in Law or Finance
• Basic knowledge of contracting standards and contract hierarchy is a prerequisite.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet

deadlines.

• Robust skills in GSuite including Sheets, Doc, Slides etc.

Personality:

Ideal candidates will have a track record of success in their academic and professional life. They would be expected to:

• Be energetic and committed and have proven team-working abilities
• Feel comfortable working in a global environment.

Knowledge and Experience Profile

• Around 0~2 years experience in Finance / Legal Areas
• Assisting team members in a demanding environment.

Competencies Required in role Problem Analysis: Ability to Assist the deliverables outlined as the KeyTasks for the Role.

• Anticipates and resolves potential problems
• Understands the information needed (to resolve an issue) and finds ways of obtaining it.
