Location Pune (WFO).
Role and responsibility –
- Providing legal advice and guidance to business professionals
- Ensuring the company meets legal compliance standards
- Overseeing all general legal operations
- Drafting and reviewing legal contracts
- Reviewing business and tax strategies to identify potential risk
- Specifying internal governance policies
- Monitoring updates in laws and regulations
- Coordinating with executive officers in the implementation of legal strategies
- Coordinating with external lawyers to assess legal issues
- Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence
- Correspond with counsel, court and clients
Examples –
- Validating Supplier/ Vendor / Employment contracts
- Responsible for validating all NDA, MSA, SOW documents
