Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows and MacOS systems, including hardware and software issues.2. Manage and resolve escalated IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. 3. Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. 4. Troubleshoot network-related issues including LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN setups, and wireless network configurations.5. Perform system patching, updates, and routine health checks to ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure. 6. Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and ensure proper access control. 7. Support email services, including Microsoft Exchange, Outlook configurations, and troubleshooting. 8. Ensure proper deployment and integration of security tools, adhering to company IT policies and standards. 9. Assist in IT asset management, including inventory tracking, software licensing, and procurement coordination. 10. Document incident resolutions, technical procedures, and infrastructure configurations for knowledge sharing. 11. Provide remote and onsite support to end-users, ensuring a seamless user experience. 12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for issue resolution and hardware replacements. 13. Mentor and guide junior IT team members on troubleshooting processes and IT best practices.
