Role & responsibilities
-Respond to user inquiries regarding s/w and h/w issues to resolve problem.
- Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems and software.
- Conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or provide technical assistance.
- Develop training materials and procedures, train user in the proper use of h/w and s/w.
- Oversee the daily performance of computer system and respond to system messages, alerts or failures.
- Perform regular s/w and h/w updates and ensure optimal performance of all devices.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken.
- Refer major h/s and s/w problems to vendors or technicians for service.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of IT systems, networks and application
- Excellent analytical skill to diagnose and resolve issues
- Ability to convey technical information clearly to user and collaborate with technical team.
