Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 15+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in
leadership roles in the uPVC profiles, building materials, or related industries.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, managing
teams, and expanding market share in a competitive environment.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of uPVC profiles, window and door
systems, and the construction materials market.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on
developing talent and driving performance.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and
presentation skills.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and make strategic
decisions based on market insights.
