Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned

area.

• Identify new business opportunities, key clients, and untapped markets for uPVC

profiles.

• Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and

channel partners.

• Collaborate with architects, Fabricators, contractors, builders, and real estate

developers to generate leads.

• Participate in contract negotiations and close deals with significant clients.

2. Market Analysis & Expansion:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas

for growth.

• Conduct market research to explore potential markets and untapped segments.
• Monitor market conditions and adjust strategies to respond to changes in the

industry.

3. Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and

achievement of sales targets.

• Set clear goals and objectives for team members and track their performance

through regular reviews.

• Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, sales

techniques, and industry updates.

4. Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain healthy relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of

customer satisfaction.

• Manage after-sales services, customer queries, and product-related issues in

coordination with the technical team.

• Address customer feedback and work on improving overall service quality.

5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and projections for the assigned zone.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for senior management.
• Ensure proper documentation and management of contracts, quotations, and deals.

6. Compliance & Coordination:

• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and operational

processes.

• Work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and

campaigns.

• Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery

of products.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA

preferred).

• Experience: 8-12 years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 5 years

in a managerial role in the uPVC or building materials industry.

• Strong knowledge of uPVC products, market dynamics, and customer base.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
