Role Overview
Key Responsibilities

1. Manage relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
2. Identify and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities for company products and services.
3. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
4. Understanding competitors and market trends while on the field.
5. Checking on existing clients to ensure satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
6. Conduct client meetings, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.
7. Handle customer documentation, compliance, and timely payment collections.
8. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
9. Provide regular updates and maintain records using CRM tools.
10. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate (Any Stream).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales (Enterprise or B2B preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication skills in English and the Malayalam.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Contract Duration: 1 Year (Off-Roll).
• Possibility of Extension: Based on performance and business requirements.
