Sales Officer (Sales Officer): Any sales person who is working as a Sales officer/ Senior

Sales Officer/Territory Sales in-charge for at least ----  “  3 years in food industry “ and has

overall experience of ----- “  8 years or more in general trade (G.T.)” .

Age limit: less than 50 years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

▪ Appointment of distributors by evaluating their eligibility as per the company’s

norms & requirements.

▪ Handling the team of ISRs or Sales Executives deputed under him by defining

roles and setting performance benchmarks for individual team member.

▪ Collecting primary orders from distributors of the designated district and

secondary orders from the market.

▪ Preparing weekly performance reports for presentation.

Skill-set Required:

▪ Experience in appointing distributors in previous companies.

▪ Should have good communication skills
