Urgent Opening for HR Key Account Manager .

Location- Chennai.

Role & responsibilities

Stakeholder Management,
Employee life cycle, HR operation.
Responsible for the circle target South
Workforce management/Project Management
Ensuring hiring policies and processes are in place

Setting new recruitment goals based on business needs

Full Cycle Recruiter responsibilities include creating quarterly and annual hiring plans,

Project will be Bulk hiring or sales hiring Experience in Bharti Airtel 

idea on employee life cycle management
Build strong relationships with existing clients(Airtel) and identify opportunities for upselling or increasing client retention 
Research and diagnose root causes of clients HR problems
Create client service plans for different HR issues as needed, including employee retention, employee relations, benefits programs, compensation, policy development, termination procedures, etc. 
Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries regarding our portfolio of services
Organize regular meetings with key accounts 
Conduct training sessions on applying HR best practices or improving clients’ existing HR strategies
Responsible for HR operation, ID card related issue, F&F related issue, Mediclaim related issue.
