Active Directory Administrator

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs

Job Location: Juinagar (Navi Mumbai)

Job Responsibilities for Active Directory L1 support:

• User Account Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts in Active Directory, including password resets and group membership changes.
• Group Policy: Assist in the implementation and management of Group Policies for controlling user and computer configurations.
• Active Directory Troubleshooting: Resolve basic Active Directory issues such as login problems, account lockouts.
• Directory Replication: Monitor and troubleshoot directory replication issues between domain controllers.
• Backup and Recovery: Perform regular backups of Active Directory and assist with recovery procedures when necessary.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation related to Active Directory configurations, procedures, and changes.
• User Support: Provide end-user support for Active Directory-related issues and guide them through basic troubleshooting steps.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams for integrating Active Directory with various services and applications.
• Basic configuration & troubleshooting of Azure AD connect server.
