Job Description
Desired Skillset
- Draft, review, negotiate, closure of customer and vendor contracts. Manage and maintain contracts and various legal documents accurately on CLM.
- As a member of global legal team, provide legal support to Automotive vertical and provide legal support to various stakeholders.
- Support manager in various initiatives taken for the Legal function.
- Other legal tasks as assigned.
- Knowledge of CLM tool preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor-degree in law or above from a reputed law school.
- 4-5 years of strong experience in contract and commercial laws (IT/ Engineering Services industry preferred).
- Demonstrated excellent legal knowledge and strong team player with willingness and ability to work in an international working environment.
- Good Proficiency, fluency in English language. Go-getter.
- Zeal in taking up initiatives and projects.
Location: Pune or Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
