Commercial, Market Access - Legal

• Responsible for negotiating, vetting, reviewing and drafting of commercial and out-licensing contracts Distribution Agreement, Product Registration Agreement, Supply Agreement, License Agreement, Master Service Agreement, Cell Line license agreement, MoU, Term Sheet, Consultancy Agreement, Quality Agreement, etc.
• Proactively be involved in negotiation and closing the open items.
• Advising the business team/stakeholders on various issues in deal making.
• Responsible for driving various legal projects on need basis.
• Ensure appropriate and relevant legal training to colleague/stakeholders and capable to work as a team.

Skill set:

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and manage relationship with stakeholders.
• Ability handle volume
• Good business understanding.
• Prior industry experience would be preferred.
• Good negotiation and articulation skills and interpersonal skills
• Leading team
