Strong experience in SFDC - Sales, Service, Marketing, SFDC Integration with ERP and other interfacing applications. Strong Func tional Testing experience in Sales, Service, Marketing cloud functional areas of SFDC. Must have Certified Salesforce Administrato r. Expertise in building E2E Test Scenarios by discussing with Business SMEs and SFDC Dev team. Experience in Lightning and Clas sic Service console is preferred. Excellent Communication Skills. Good knowledge on Community / Analytics / Platform Should h ave experience in JIRA Dashboard creation Should have broad awareness of testing approaches, practices and techniques in order to help design and deliver the overall testing methodology. Should have good interpersonal and presentation skills.
