Job Description
Salesforce Functional BA :
Experience : 10+ Yrs.
Location : Bangalore.
- Must have functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud projects.
- Should be Salesforce Administrator/App builder/Salesforce Business Analyst certified.
- Atleast 10+ years of total experience with 2-3 Salesforce projects as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of Banking Domain, Insurance Domain is must to have.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is must to have.
- Should be aware of Flows, Email templates, Omni Scripts, Flex cards.
- Should be aware of Salesforce release cycle and recent release features.
- Should have knowledge of how enterprise integration works (peer to peer or via middleware).
- Should be aware of deployment & delivery process.
- Financial Services Cloud/Service Cloud/Sales Cloud certifications are nice to have.
