Job Description

Managerial

Manage stakeholders for site survey, site readiness, material delivery tracking etc.

Manage different vendors for installation as per SOW, monitoring the implementation, installation certification, ILC update & project documentation.

Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction through smooth service.

Manage outsourced staff, provide timely feedback, and monitor their performance.

Operational

Coordination with the concerned team member or vendor to solve the technical issues raised by the customer within defined timelines.

Coordination with service desk & OEM to ensure SLA management.

Windows, Ubuntu, ClassEdge Server & Client Hardware & networking installation, troubleshooting & training in the school.

Timely implementation as per commencement dates.

Performance monitoring of TCE hardware and software.

Increase uptime and reduce downtime by liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders.

Visit schools as and when required for system maintenance & repair and ensure optimal usage of CE assets in schools.

Achievement of Upsell, Cross-sell & Service Revenue Target. Creating need for various other products of CE to increase the business opportunities in schools.

Responsible for the regular collections from schools in assigned territory.

Adherence to quality policy and quality objective guidelines.

Coordination for repossession of assets.

Optimize the cost of servicing.

Update project portal in a timely manner.

Share necessary reports with the manager at regular intervals.
