Subject Matter Expert - Content Mapping

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring error free mapped content
• Ensuring the newly developed TPs are integrated into mapped curriculum on a timely basis
• Analysis of content related complaints and assigning the call to the appropriate function
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of mapping related complaints
• Provide inputs on areas of content improvement
• Monitor & report TAT burst calls pertaining to content and software, for quick resolution

- Segregation of physical and e-copies of textbooks received at HO; documenting receipt of books and allocation to SMEs

- Ensuring return of books to customer post mapping, within set timelines

- Co-ordinate with field team, return/ duplicate THN and release the content on time

- Mapping the textbooks within timelines

- Content mapping effectiveness (less than 5% errors)

- Maintain a repository of board wise content gaps

- Mapping of newly created TPs to individual textbooks (which were previously mapped and in use)

- Managing Customer Complaints Segregation of complaints into academic and product related

- Follow-up of product related complaints for resolution within TAT

- Resolution of mapping related complaints by co-ordinating with both the field academic and PDD teams

- Identifying and reporting missing teaching points for production

- Media asset Review

- Creating Master Curriculum

- Respond actively to content related queries from internal team/ customer

Preferred candidate profile

Sound Knowledge of any one or more of the below subjects

(Science/ Maths/ Social Science/ Commerce & Accountancy/ Computer Science; Physics, Chemistry, Biology)

IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, MS Office

Reasonably good communication Skills

Eye for detail
