Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

• Handling injection moulding machines preferably higher tonnage machines with effectively handling shop floor activities.
• Meeting customer delivery and quality requirements.
• Reducing in-house rejections and scrap • Improving manpower productivity.
• Implementation of TPM activities
• Factory housekeeping and synchronized material flow
• Improving morale of workforce and ensuring total employee involvement
• Training and development of human resources
• Process setting knowledge
• Achieve SMED
• Achieve cost reduction OT cost Consumable cost, Scrap cost
