Molding Engineer

We are having opening for Molding Engineer at Nipro India Corporation Pvt Ltd

Qualification - DME / BE/ CIPET/DPE

Experience - 3 to 5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Achieve the production plan with optimum utilization of resources.
2. Always keep the reducing trend of in process rejection and waste. Implementation of corrective and preventive actions to avoid the reoccurrence.
3. Follow the production Plan received from PP section and arrange the raw material form store accordingly.
4. Set the machine parameters as defined in the SOP.
5. Follow all the standard procedures and guidelines.
6. Prepare the timely documents compliance with ISO 13485 and follow GDP while the documentation.
7. Check and sign the documents filled by the operators.
8. Co-Ordinate with Mold / machine maintenance section for the preventive maintenance of molds and machines as per the schedule.
9. Always control and maintain 5s and cGMP on the shop floor and other work places.
10. Make the production confirmation in the SAP after shift end.
11. Transfer the molded components to the assembly section as per the requisition and make the correct record of transactions.
12. Follow up with IQC and assembly for the product quality deviations
13. Allot and sanction the leaves of operators.
14. Impart the training to newly joined operators, control and maintain the healthy environment in the department.
