Production Engineer Injection Moulding

Role & responsibilities

1. To maintain OEE as per target.

2. To reduce in-house rejections under target.

3. To manage workforce to achieve efficiency.

4. To ensure timely dispatch to customer.

5. To reduce mould change time under the target.

6. To adhere plan Vs actual production 100%.

7. To analyze Rejections / Down Times to avoid re-occurance.

8. To participate in Continual Improvements/ Kaizens / Suggestions etc.

9. To ensure safe environment for working.

10. Follow the procedures as per IATF 16949 guideline.

11. To carry out trouble shooting of process to ensure proper and effective utilization and efficiency of machine.

Preferred candidate profile

- Must have experience of at least 5 years in Automobile Injection Molded

Parts.

- Must have experience of working in IATF 16949 certified Company.

- Should be from CIPET / Diploma in Plastics Technology

- Should have good experience in handling entire shift independently.

- Proven track record of handling injection molding process.

- Good exposure in plastics processing.
