Engineer Mould Maintenance

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for all moulds running inside the company.
• Responsible for entire Tool Room moulds, machines, Jigs & Fixtures.
• Responsible for Tool / mould in case of new part is developed or design change is done.
• Maintain the records of mould life & maintenance.
• Carry out repair work on urgent basis in case of any mould break downs.
• Responsible to take countermeasures to avoid customer Line Stoppage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have 3 to 4 years Experience of Handling & Maintenance of various Types of Moulds.
• Must have experience of Automobile Plastic Injection mould manufacturing, Repairs, Assembly & Maintenance.
• Should have hands on experience / knowledge of all tool room Machines.
• Should have knowledge of keeping the records of mould periodical maintenance.
• Should have handled critical break downs.
