1) All Tata Group companies with on-going partnership / engagement discussions
2) Specific Focus towards building a sharp focus on Group Insurance Opportunities with the Tata Group Companies
3) Group Term Life and Group Fund Businesses
D Key Result Areas
Key Account Manager, Group Sales for Tata Group Companies
Collaborate (internally) with TES Relationship Team and (external) Tata Group organizations and brokers to identify opportunities for partnerships.
Design Group solutions for employees, vendors and customers of the Tata Group
Closely Track and monitor the renewal dates of annual GTL policies and proactive approach to WIN deals
Upsell GTLs for higher covers and salary multiples to increase GTL premiums.
Upsell voluntary cover to employees from associated companies
Scope the potential for the Group Funds business and attract AUMs to Tata AIA
Group Company Onboarding and Activation
Ensure closures with internal and external stakeholders for agreement Group sign-ups
Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure design and implementation of the Group Insurance schemes as per business requirements
  • Driving business goals / efficiencies in tie-ups
  • Achieve targets through new business and renewals
Forge relationship with brokers for new business opportunities.
  • Design and implement measures for meeting business targets
Pitches / Pricing
  • Understand TATA AIA and competition product propositions on group and design pitches / pricing to win the deals
  • Build Market Knowledge / Intelligence on Quotes

Nothing here supervisor only do harrasment and they say we are like family we care and trust each other but on the other hand they want us to resign from the job Worst company I have joined in my career where no respect for employees and also everything they deducted like conveyance expenses etc .

I did not like a single thing in tata AIA worst organisation I have ever worked with is tata AIA and it's better to drive ola ola uber rather than working with tata aia
