Job Description

Global Key Account Alliance Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

Contract management:Monitoring the contractual obligations like milestone payments, resolvingissues in case of different interpretation of the contract.

Monitoring theprogress: Defining and reporting of KPIs and leading periodic health checks.

Process management:Establishing smooth operations, preparation of governance meetings and decisionmaking.

Alignment andrelationship management: Leading efforts for increased mutual understanding andtrust.

Actively engagesinternal stakeholders and creates a strong internal network: creates a partnerdriven alliance management culture across the organization.

Strategic valueand risk management: Identifying and focusing on value drivers as well asidentifying and mitigating key risks.

Identify additionalvalue creation by increasing breadth of Alliance

Change management:Anticipating changes and manage transitions smoothly.

Key Competencies:

Knowledge ofdrug development process, manufacturing and distribution in Pharma

Knowledge ofsupply chain and operations processes in pharma

Has excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills

Team managementskills

Negotiation/mediation skillsto resolve conflicts with win-win solutions
