Human Resource Internship

Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic HR freshers to join our team as HR Business Partners (HRBP). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic HR functions, collaborate with business leaders, and contribute to people-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to understand HR requirements and assist in talent management.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding by self-sourcing and liaison with the consultants .
• Handle HR operations, documentation, and compliance processes.
• Work on HR MIS, reporting, and process improvements.
• Act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or postgraduate (MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or equivalent).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR concepts and policies
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus
